About the Role:

A world class talent research capability is a critical part of our service offering. A rare opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion. We are seeking a Research Consultant to join our team, supporting Senior Consultants across the end-to-end recruitment process, participating in client briefings, sourcing and managing candidates through to candidate placement. Key to this role will be the:

  • capacity to quickly understand a client’s organisation and their specific talent requirements
  • aptitude to identify top talent through a variety of researching avenues
  • ability and confidence to approach senior executives and clearly articulate opportunities.  

 

About You - Skills & Experience

Our Christchurch office is looking for an awesome communicator who naturally connects with our clients and candidates. To be successful you will:

  • have proven commercial and business acumen with a minimum of 3 years experience preferably gained in a professional service focused and fast paced environment;
  • have a good eye for detail, be articulate, highly organised
  • be a great team player;
  • be driven to deliver high quality results;
  • ideally be tertiary qualified;
