About the Role
Volleyball New Zealand seeks a commercially-minded leader to drive sustainable growth and strengthen relationships with regional associations, Sport New Zealand and international partners. You'll manage a $5-6 million budget, secure long-term sponsorships and be highly visible – attending events, visiting regions monthly and representing New Zealand internationally.
While a volleyball background is not required, an understanding of high performance sport is ideal. This role values business acumen and entrepreneurial thinking above sport-specific experience.
