The Board is seeking to appoint an independent director who is well networked and connected with key influencers in the primary industries sector, the pastoral sector in particular. Ideally with commercial experience in the AgriTech space, it would be a real advantage if you have experience with the application of technology and an understanding of the complexities around science, AI and modelling.
Suitable candidates will also have proven governance experience with strong commercial acumen, a high level of political astuteness, able to see the bigger picture and be highly credible in the sector. Additionally, you could have the ability to transition to the Chair in time.
