Skills & Experience:
This role will appeal to existing CFOs or senior finance leaders ready to step up. Ideally a CA, you'll bring vibrancy and a change mindset and will thrive on combining strategic thinking with practical execution across a diverse business. You will have:
- Passion for technology and data
- Ability to challenge the status quo, bring relevance with fresh ideas
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen with proven ability to drive profitability and growth
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, experience leading finance teams and presenting to boards
- Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in financial modelling, risk management, and cashflow management
- Good understanding of NZ financial regulations, statutory requirements, and accounting standards
- Experience in corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Your proactive style, high ethical standards, and ability to work under pressure will be essential as you lead change and foster a culture of continuous improvement across ACL and its portfolio of businesses.
